1. INTRODUCTION

OneClick AI Solutions s.r.o. is committed to providing a safe and legal environment for users of the service www.sweetbun.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This Policy defines the categories of content that are strictly prohibited to generate, upload, or share on our platform.

2. CATEGORIES OF PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following types of content are prohibited in all forms (text, images, voice):

A. Protection of Children and Minors (Absolute Prohibition)

CSAM: Any content depicting child sexual abuse.
Underage Characters: Generating characters that are or visually appear to be persons under 18 years of age (including "schoolgirl", "loli", "shota").
Incest: Content depicting sexual relations between relatives, even if they are of legal age.

B. Violence and Illegal Activities

Extreme Violence (Gore): Realistic depiction of mutilation, torture, murder, or extreme physical suffering.
Self-Harm: Content promoting suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
Illegal Activities: Promotion of terrorism, drug manufacturing, arms trafficking, or other criminal offenses.

C. Sexual Violence and Deviance

Non-Consensual Sex: Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or sex without consent.
Bestiality and Necrophilia: Any sexual content involving animals or corpses.

D. Deepfakes and Personality Rights

Real Persons: Generating sexual or compromising content depicting actual living persons (celebrities, politicians, private individuals) without their express consent.
Revenge Porn: Distribution of intimate materials without the consent of the depicted person.

3. MODERATION AND DETECTION

To enforce these rules, we use a combination of automated and manual tools:

3.1. Keyword and Image Filter: Our system automatically blocks text prompts and image generation that exhibit signs of the above-mentioned categories. If the system detects a violation, generation will not proceed, and the user will receive a warning.

3.2. Human Review: In the event of a report or repeated attempt to generate prohibited content, a manual review of the relevant log by a moderator may occur.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Violation of this Policy may lead to the following measures depending on severity:

Warning: The user is notified of the rule violation.
Temporary Block: Suspension of access to the account (e.g., for 24 hours).
Permanent BAN: Immediate and permanent account termination without the right to a refund (especially for CSAM, violence, and repeated violations).
Legal Action: In the case of illegal content (CSAM, terrorism), we hand over information to law enforcement agencies (Police of the Czech Republic, NCMEC).

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User acknowledges that they are fully responsible for the prompts (inputs) they enter into the system. The Company is not liable for content that the user generates in violation of these rules and actively distances itself from any misuse of AI technology for illegal purposes.
