1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the SweetBun.ai affiliate program (the "Program"). In these Terms, "Affiliate" and "you" mean any person or entity that applies to or takes part in the Program.

By submitting an application, activating an affiliate account, or promoting SweetBun.ai through any tracked link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you fail to meet any obligation under these Terms — as assessed by us at our reasonable discretion — we may suspend or close your account and you may lose any commission that has not yet been paid out.

2. Eligibility, Representations and Warranties

By joining the Program you represent, warrant, and agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity and authority to enter into and perform these Terms.
All information you provide to us is true, complete, and current, and you will keep it up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your affiliate account, including by anyone acting on your behalf.
You promote and operate only in jurisdictions where the distribution and sale of adult-oriented material is lawful.
Your participation complies, on an ongoing basis, with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to you and your business, as well as with these Terms.

3. Commissions and Earnings

You earn a commission on qualifying payments made by users you refer to SweetBun.ai through your tracked link.
The standard commission rate is 30% of qualifying net revenue, unless a different rate is stated in your affiliate dashboard, your affiliate-network agreement (e.g. Dognet), or a separate written arrangement with us.
Commissions are recurring: you continue to earn on a referred user for as long as that user remains active and these Terms remain in force for your account.
Cashback, coupon, voucher, and other incentive-based partners may participate only with our prior approval and are subject to a separate (typically lower) commission rate, as communicated to you in writing or in your dashboard. (See also Section 5.2.)
Once an affiliate account is suspended or terminated, no further commission accrues from the effective date of that suspension or termination.

4. Payment Terms

Payouts are issued on a NET 15 basis — within fifteen (15) days after the end of each billing period.
A billing period is a full calendar month.
Supported payout methods are: bank/wire transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (subject to availability in your region).
To be eligible for payout for a given billing period, you must have complete and correct payout details on file before the 1st day of that month.
For self-billing purposes we require your full legal name and postal address. This must be kept current in your affiliate profile or supplied to our team before the 1st of each month.
The personal data you provide is treated as confidential and is used only to generate self-billing invoices and process payouts, in line with our privacy obligations.
The minimum payout threshold is USD 100 (or local equivalent). Balances below the threshold roll over to the next billing period.

5. Marketing Rules — Prohibited Methods

All promotion under the Program must be lawful, honest, and consistent with these Terms. The following are not permitted:

5.1 Brand bidding

You may not bid on the SweetBun.ai brand name, its variants, abbreviations, or common misspellings on Google Ads or any other paid-search or paid-advertising platform. This applies to exact, phrase, and broad match (including modified broad match) targeting our brand.

5.2 Unauthorised incentivised traffic

You may not run cashback, rewards, coupon, or other incentive-based promotion (e.g. "get $X when you sign up through my link") without our prior written approval. Approved incentive partners operate under the separate commission terms described in Section 3.

5.3 Misrepresentation and acting on our behalf

You act solely on your own behalf. You may not state or imply that you act for, or are authorised by, ONECLICK AI SOLUTIONS s.r.o. or SweetBun.ai. Any marketing, PR, press, or similar activity that uses our name — including statements to journalists or anyone who may publish information about us — requires our explicit prior written consent. You may not represent that any campaign content has been approved by us unless it actually has.

5.4 Illegal, offensive, or harmful content

You may not promote SweetBun.ai on, or place marketing material on, any website or online property that contains or advertises illegal, offensive, or harmful content. This includes (without limitation) child sexual abuse or exploitation material, hate speech, self-harm content, violence and sexual violence, leaked content, non-consensual intimate imagery, and deepfakes. You may not use, or advertise alongside, any terms associated with the sexualisation of minors (e.g. "pre-teen," "lolita," and similar).

5.5 Intellectual property

Your promotion must not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the copyright or other intellectual-property rights of any person or entity. This includes scraping, copying, or republishing third-party copyrighted material. You may not use the names or IP of competitors or other companies in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement, and domain names incorporating a competitor's brand are not permitted.

5.6 Spam and deceptive practices

You may not promote through spam or deceptive tactics — including email spam, forum spam, content locking, misleading redirects, or unauthorised modification of landing pages. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL) and relevant industry rules.

5.7 Protection of minors and age verification

You may not place marketing material on properties that are likely to be viewed by children. Every property where your marketing appears must meet applicable local age-verification requirements.

5.8 Other restrictions

You may not disparage our brand or present us in a misleading or negative light. Non-functional or inactive promotional URLs may, at our reasonable discretion, be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Forfeiture

We may deactivate or terminate your account if it has engaged in any practice prohibited under these Terms or otherwise unlawful.
In appropriate cases — for example, pending an investigation — we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
An Affiliate who breaches these Terms forfeits any unpaid commission.

7. Confidentiality, Fraud, and Compliance

You may not publicly disclose your commission rates or earnings under the Program.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data-protection law (e.g. GDPR) and advertising standards.
We monitor traffic and conversions for fraud. Where we detect suspected fraudulent activity, we may withhold payouts pending investigation.

8. Changes to the Program

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify Affiliates of material changes. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company (and its directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, licensors, and affiliated companies) from and against any third-party claim, suit, action, or proceeding (each an "Action"), and any related losses, damages, and reasonable costs, to the extent it arises out of or relates to: (a) your participation in the Program; (b) any marketing activity you conduct in connection with the Program, including your use of any affiliate-management platform; or (c) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.

We will notify you in writing within thirty (30) days of becoming aware of any such Action, give you sole control of its defence or settlement, and provide reasonable assistance at your expense. You may not agree to any settlement that imposes an obligation or admission on us, or that creates liability or restrictions on us not covered by this indemnity, without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program and any platform, product, or service we make available in connection with it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty or condition of any kind. We make no representations or warranties as to the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Program or any such platform, and we disclaim all implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Program may not be available at all times.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you or to any third party arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions you actually earned on the relevant customer transactions during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts having jurisdiction over the registered seat of ONECLICK AI SOLUTIONS s.r.o. shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with the Program, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
