Marketing Specialist

We are SweetBun, the 18+ AI companionship platform powering chats, voice calls, photo and video generation, and real-time creator clones for over 100,000 users across Europe. We are expanding globally and looking for a performance-focused marketer to help scale our reach.

What you will do

• Plan and run performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok and additional channels
• Grow our affiliate program and creator partnerships
• Localize campaigns for different European markets
• Monitor CAC, conversion rates and LTV, then optimize accordingly
• Support social media, email and CRM initiatives

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, ideally Meta Ads
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills
• Fluent Czech and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Proactive doer mindset with ownership and eagerness to learn
• Comfort working with adult-oriented content (18+ only)
